Harding Hat Trick Potential

HAT TRICK IN THE OFFING?

Tomorrow the MN State badminton tournament begins with four teams headed to four sites. St. Paul has hosting duties with all four games. Harding, Johnson, Arlington, and Como Park will take on hosting duties. After tomorrow the top four will advance to the state semis at Burnsville.

At this point Harding would be favored for the team title, along with the individual title (Pang Thao) and doubles title (Mai Tria Lee and Kaa Bao Yang). They would pull of the "hat trick" if they swept all three.

Hinton won some medals in the zone tournament last week. Twins Braden and Kelsey Pleckaitis won the singles titles for boys and girls respectivley. Here is the Hinton Parklander with more on the twin triumps.
